1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the jltt online gaming platform, accessible via jltt.org and any related mobile or web applications operated under the jltt brand. This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered members, and any person who interacts with jltt in any capacity.

By clicking "Register", completing account creation, making a deposit, or placing a bet on jltt, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you agree to be bound by its terms. This Agreement is effective from the date of your account registration and remains in force for the duration of your membership.

jltt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of jltt following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use jltt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as members.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jltt or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jltt or any gaming regulatory body.

jltt reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jltt may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on jltt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jltt is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Before processing any withdrawal, and at jltt's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account matching the registered name, or bank statement header)
• A selfie photograph holding your government ID, if requested by the jltt compliance team

jltt reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading documents constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jltt login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. jltt will never contact you to request your password. Any activity occurring on your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to jltt support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jltt supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via multiple payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jltt account in real time or within the processing timeframe stated for each payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the jltt cashier section. jltt does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into jltt must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. jltt reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review. Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for your most recent deposit. jltt targets same-day processing for qualifying GCash and Maya withdrawals during standard business hours; actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules.

jltt reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where KYC documentation is outstanding. In such cases, jltt will communicate the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve it.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jltt offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds must satisfy stated wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are available to one account, one household, one device, and one IP address unless otherwise stated.
• jltt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• Where a bonus has been credited in error, jltt reserves the right to recover it regardless of whether it has been used in wagers.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jltt operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall govern for that game.

jltt uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by jltt or any third party. Live dealer games are facilitated by licensed third-party studio providers and are subject to their additional terms of service.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server failures, disconnections, or software errors — jltt reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to your account. Where a game result has been determined before a malfunction occurred, jltt will use commercially reasonable efforts to honour that result; however, jltt does not guarantee the integrity of any individual round affected by technical failure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jltt and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jltt platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game operation.
• Using jltt for money laundering, the concealment of illegally obtained funds, or any activity that violates Philippine law or international AML standards.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location at any time.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any jltt software or application.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jltt staff, other players, or any third party in connection with your use of jltt.

jltt employs real-time fraud detection and player behaviour analysis systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and any balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. jltt will report suspected criminal activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jltt platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, trademarks, design elements, and the jltt name — is the exclusive property of jltt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jltt platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jltt content without express written authorisation from jltt.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

jltt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on jltt, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jltt and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any technical failures.

jltt's total aggregate liability to any individual member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jltt does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

11. Responsible Gaming

jltt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care to our members seriously.

jltt provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered members from their account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jltt account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jltt. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session reminders showing your net gaming activity for the current session.

12. Suspension & Termination

jltt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Request by the account holder for self-exclusion
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their verified withdrawal method, unless the closure is a result of proven fraud or legal proceedings, in which case funds may be held pending resolution.

You may close your jltt account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jltt's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must first submit a formal complaint to jltt via [email protected]. jltt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with jltt's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jltt may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jltt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of jltt following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using jltt and request account closure before the changes take effect.
